Danielle Haim probably could have made a decent living without ever starting a band. No sooner had she graduated from high school then Rilo Kiley frontwoman Jenny Lewis was asking her to play for one of her opening acts. From there, she caught the attention of Julian Casablancas, who asked her to play guitar for his solo tour, and then it was off to Cee Lo’s backing band. So her career was going just fine, but the dream was always to get a band going with her sisters, Este and Alana.
