It’s About Time, Scientists: Invisibility Cloak Created

Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin have developed a new technology that can cancel out waves of light via a thin cloaking device, rendering objects invisible. Though it could be a while before it works outside of a lab, it’s a breakthrough innovation in the experimental field of invisibility devices. We consider ourselves pretty patient people, but come on scientists. Once you eventually figure this whole invisibility thing out, maybe you can finally move on to some other cool machines we’ve been waiting for. Flying cars, time machines and x-ray vision goggles aren’t inventing themselves …
